Each one of us has unique stories to tell about how we got to today from yesterday. These stories explain who we have been, who we are, and where we are going. Here are some of mine.
My Legacy of Transformation
I have always been a tinkerer of sorts. Perhaps this came from an early gift of tinker toys! Regardless, I always have thought "Could this be done just a little bit different?" Or "What would it be like in the end if I thought about this issue in a different way instead?"
As an adult, wearing the label and license of a psychologist, I have spent over 30 years helping people in their healing journeys, looking at alternative behaviors and thoughts. I have also spent a lot of time as a cross-cultural consultant, trainer, and coach, helping people expand their ability to cross cultural boundaries effectively.
Yet, life does not revolve around the therapeutic "hour," and learning does not revolve around the classroom "event." Strategic Learning Transformed is my effort to take years of creatively developing effectiveness in professionals and transform those efforts into learning that can have a powerful impact on your organization as a whole and your staff personally.
All my work to develop this transformational process is my legacy . . . my effort to help transform all the knowledge whirling around you into strategic learning that will have life-long impact.
